Chef Jeff lived and learned in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and other Asian countries.
And was inspired by many traditional southeast asian dishes
We wanted bring back something else that we began in Bethel in 2021. Using Taproot’s back room—usually used for overflow on busy weekend dinner services.
